| | 1. I have purchased my music but it did not tell me how to download it.
a. Go back to ChurchChoirMusic.com and click on the Music Store button
(you may have to login to your account)
b. Scroll down to store options and click on My Account
c. Click on View Orders
d. Click on View Order beside the date of your order
e. Scroll Down to Download Products
Click on the Title of the Sheet Muisc you purchased.
f. When the pop up menu appears select Save and note the name of the pdf file and where you save it at.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Normally orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If we are teaching a choir clinic or on the road in revival it could take up to 5 days.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally after your order is received and processed you will receive it in 7 to 10 days.
4. How will my order be shipped?
Unless otherwise requested, it will ship by USPS |
