If you have purchased any downloadable product such as sheet music or mp3s and you did not get your download when you purchased it, don't worry, its very simple to get your purchased product.

Simply scroll down and look to the left menu under store options. Click on My Account. Log in if you are not already logged in. You will see Welcome Back and your name.

Click on View orders, it is the third item under Welcome Back.

You will see the date of your previous beside the words Click here to View this order.

Click on the words "Click here to View this order."

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see your purchased downloadable product under the words Click on product to download.

That's all there is to it.
